Selfie Stations

3 Selfie Stations including 1 large banner outside the event space for Speakers and Attendees (with your event branding), and 2 others located outside the building (with props and small backdrops). A WLA team member will float between all 3 and encourage people to stop and get a picture, getting pictures of people having fun when appropriate.

Event Signage

6 Posters matching your event branding with varying QR Codes and Messages: Event Map and Schedule, Newsletter signup, information about your programs, where to access slides and transcripts after the event.

Speaker Interviews

Our 4K HD Video Production Package includes a Sony 4K HDR XD High-Def Cinematic Camera and Manfrotto Tri-Pod, 2 LED Light-Box Kits, 1 wireless lapel microphone, and a monitor for quality control, a producer and a production assistant. We expertly interview your speaker and record in a darkened environment with just the speaker highlighted. You'll receive all interviews in a Google drive. We'll also include a phone-recorded version of the interview for easier breakdown into reels and stories. We'll commit to 6 total pre-scheduled 1-hour speaker interviews.

360° Video Recordings

Our 360° Video Production Package includes 1 Go Pro Max camera, a Tri-Pod, 1 spatial microphone, a producer and a production assistant. We expertly set up the camera in the front center of your audience, preferably in the aisle with our producer sitting in the seat next to it. This will provide easy access to switch out batteries and memory cards between speakers. The kit is small and can be tucked into the row once the program begins. We'll record the first 15 minutes of 6 different presentations and one, hour-long presentation. We will then give you the unedited footage although we do have video editing packages available.

Live Streaming /
Video Recording

Our 4K HD Livestreaming/recordingteam will work with you to fill any gaps you might have with your existing plans. We can provide 2, HD Go Pro Hero 11 cameras, each with their own tripod, both streaming to a switcher that can alternate cameras during the livestream broadcast or master recording. Depending on your needs (and internet speeds), we can provide a way to stream the event (we'll want access to the sound board for the speaker's microphone) to your website with a paywall or your social networks and YouTube channel or any network you'd like. We can commit to streaming up to 6 programs, and can even create a monetization of your stream.

Geotargeting Ads

Similar to how we set up digital ads, we can create a geo targeted ad on Google, Meta & Bing (does not include your ad budget and CTR depends on your goal). These ads are very effective because they can be shown to your event attendees and invite them to opt in to your newsletter, or visit your website, learn more about your programs, etc. The ads show on attendees devices while they are there and for a short while after they leave, keeping you front of mind.

Produced Videos
and Infographics

Whether you need promotional videos prior to your event, or recap videos made from the footage created at your event, or you need introduction videos to play before each speaker takes the stage, we are here for you. We can also convert your speaker talks to engaging info graphics or interactive digital displays. Our video editing and graphic design packages are custom tailored to provide you with exactly what you need.

Speaker Transcriptions
to Articles

Our customized, AI-Driven process can provide accurate transcriptions of your speaker presentations (from recorded video or audio files). These transcriptions are then converted to articles that you can use on your website, email or other marketing materials for future events. They can also be bundled into a VIP perk if you are offering VIP service at your events.

Custom VIP DesignShopTM  Experience

Wholistic Media Agency is proud to partner with The Most Important Conversations in providing your event a custom VIP experience based on the DesignShopTM Methodology. This addition has quickly become a popular option for event producers and coordinators, because it gives VIP participants more intimate hands-on experiences at the event and provides actionable results that participants can take with them and implement, as well as a post-event continuity program to ensure progress is maintained.
